Joy is our personal lines account executive and joined CST in 2016. She was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to the US in 2004. She speaks Chinese, Taiwainese, and English. Joy enjoys baking, cooking, and watching movies during her free time. She loves eating any type of noodles and salads. She’s also a pet lover and has two dogs – a Maltese & a Pug.
